When viewed under a microscope, all glass has natural valleys and ridges not noticeable to the touch. These valleys and ridges can become points of weakness, making your screen more susceptible to scratches and abrasions. Liquid Defense+ is a smart coating that fills in these valleys and ridges with nano glass particles, bonding and strengthening the screen.

Yes. It is recommended that you take your damaged device to an in-network partner. However, you can take your device to a repair facility of your choice. You will be responsible for the total cost of repair or replacement and receive reimbursement for covered repairs. If this facility is outside of the ZAGG network, you will have a $25 administrative fee subtracted from your reimbursement.
ZAGG and CPR are authorized in-network partners for the Liquid Defense+ Screen Guarantee. Any other service center is considered out-of-network.
After you file an out-of-network claim you will receive a notification with instructions on how to upload your receipt once your repair is completed.
